SYNTHESIS OF ALTERNATING COPOLYMERS CONTAINING 5-FLUOROURACIL AND THEIR HYDROLYTIC VELOCITY

Abstract

|
The cop,*nia zatlons of 1-(2 ) -5-fluorowacil (CMAFU) with methyr wthaaylate MN and styrene (St) were carried out with AIBN m cycloheacanone at 60-C. The specific absorptivity on the copolymer of CMAFU and MMA m 2-nwdmyedonol at 267.5run was meaaued by UV spe&ophotorneter. The specific absorptivity on the copokmier of CMAFU and St m N, N-dmwthylforrmmide at 280nm was meal n-ed by UV spectrophotometer. The monomer reactivity ratios, rl and r2 were deterrrwied by Kelen-Tiidos method. rl(CMAEU)0.62, r2M MA)420, rl(CMAFU)0.15, r2(St)0.95. The tyciro k velocity of CMAFU and copolymer was determined by NMR and UV spectrophotometer.
